What does a Life Coach do exactly?

A Life Coach is someone who is there for you to support, encourage, challenge and motivate you to achieve your goals.  A Coach is a good active listener that can pick up from your voice and your answers as to what you are really thinking and will facilitate you to take actions to move yourself towards your goals using specific technique questions.   Your Coach will congratulate you on your success, help you discover how to over obstacles, identify your strengths and weaknesses and enable you to move forward at a far greater pace than you could achieve on your own with the ultimate aim of reaching your goals and discovering your inner strength which will result to a happier life.  


How long is the session for?

At least 1 hour


How many sessions do I need?  

This depends on the number of goals you want to achieve and what you will need to change in order to reach them.  This is usually discussed during the first session.


Are the sessions held at a particular location, as maybe the client is overseas or in another town? 

The Life Coach sessions may be made in person and/or online via Zoom, Facebook, Skype etc..


What is the success rate of Life Coaching sessions? 

In order for the coaching to be of success you must have a positive attitude towards the achievement of your goals as well as being totally open, honest and trust your Coach.  You must be committed to complete the actions that you will set yourself to at the end of each session.  As these actions are what will move you closer to your goals.   Your level of commitment will directly influence the speed and extent to which your goals will be reached.  You will have the support of course from your coach who will be next to you throughout the whole journey, providing boundless motivation  and encouragement within a confidential and non-judgemental environment. 


When will I start feeling a change? 

Normally after 2 or 3 sessions
